An international, open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal publishing original research in engineering, natural sciences and computing.
Aims and Scope
The journal publishes original research articles, reviews and technical notes in computer engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, data science, image processing, explainable AI, the Internet of Things, cybersecurity, energy systems, and applications of these technologies in engineering, agriculture, health and education.
Interdisciplinary work and applied research based on university–industry collaboration are particularly encouraged.

Research Article
Studies of 6,000–9,000 words presenting original data, methods or findings.
Review Article
Systematic appraisals of recent literature by authors with expertise in the field.
Technical Note
Short papers (max. 4,000 words) introducing a new method, tool or application.
Peer Review Process
Submissions are first screened by the editor for scope and format and checked for similarity. Suitable manuscripts are sent to at least two expert reviewers under double-blind review. Based on the reviews, the editor decides to accept, request minor/major revisions, or decline.
Open Access
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. The journal charges no submission or publication fees.
